In 2014, Fabiana took a significant leap in her career by embracing her entrepreneurial spirit and founding Granite Plus. Her leadership at Granite Plus is not just about running a successful business; it’s about revolutionizing the countertop industry. Fabiana’s passion for travel plays a crucial role in her leadership style. She is constantly exploring new regions and cultures, bringing back the latest trends and innovations in countertop design and materials. Roberta Guimaraes

Roberta holds two Bachelor’s degrees, one in Economics and the other in Law, both obtained from the University of Bologna in Italy. Since 2015, she has been an integral part of Granite Plus, overseeing all accounting responsibilities. It’s worth mentioning that Roberta is the elder sister of Fabiana, the company’s founder. Despite her role, she has always operated from Granite Plus’s office in Italy.

Fernanda Monteiro

Fernanda, a Scheduler at Granite Plus for seven years, now works remotely from Florida. Originally from Parana, Brazil, she has been residing in the United States for 23 years. Her main responsibility is to align project schedules with client timelines, ensuring a streamlined and efficient process. Outside of her professional life, Fernanda enjoys spending quality time with her family.

Felippe Alves embarked on his journey in the countertop industry in 2009, committing himself to mastering various aspects of the field, including templating, programming, fabricating, and installing. Over 15 years, he has worked with dedication and professionalism. In 2019, our President Fabiana Guimaraes recognized his talents and invited him to become the General Manager. For more than four years, Felippe has held this position of great responsibility, approaching it with both passion and commitment. He oversees installation crews, template crews, and production workers, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining high standards in delivering quality products to our clients.
